I came to Sarah seeking guidance and education in how to elevate my fitness to new levels specifically around changing my physique. For the last year Sarah has been working with me to create daily habits that support my fitness goals and reframe certain perspectives on what it means to be fit. Having a reliable coach to communicate with throughout the week has shown me what I am capable of in and outside of the gym and given me tools to create balance in my life.
Sarah keeps my health and wellbeing at the forefront of her coaching, while also providing the necessary tough love I need to stay focused on my goals. She creates unique workout splits that help me stay engaged, remains empathetic when I come to her with questions or problems, and continues to push me towards being my best self.

Working with Sarah for the last three years has shown me the empowerment that comes with moving my body in challenging ways, even when it’s the last thing I want to do. I have overcome my fear of working out in a busy gym and even approaching people to ask if they are done using a piece of equipment. I love the excitement of getting a new exercise program every few weeks and feeling the ways in which my body and mind have gotten stronger. I love seeing old exercises in new programs and being able to track my progress.
Having Sarah to push me and celebrate with me has changed my mindset from exercise being something I need to do to exercise being a tool I use to feel strong, empowered, and badass.
